PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All artworks offered in this store are original works created or curated by Konashevsky Atelier.

Please note that colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

Most artworks are made to order, printed specifically for each purchase.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Prices are listed in the store and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, customs, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided in the order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our return and refund rules are described in detail in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • Artworks made to order are classified as final sale.

  • Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective.

All content available through the Services, including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Konashevsky Atelier or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Payments and certain technical functionalities are processed by Shopify and other third-party providers according to their own terms and policies.

Konashevsky Atelier is not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the store.
