Returns
All artworks available in this shop are made to order and printed specifically for each purchase.
For this reason, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at evakonashevsky@icloud.com, including clear photos of:

the packaging

the artwork
-
any visible damage
This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days except for goods made to order or produced according to the customer’s specifications.
All artworks offered in this shop are made to order.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will notify you once the item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
